Visakhapatnam Collector Asks Officials to Ensure Complete Resolution of PGRS Petitions

Visakhapatnam, Sept 28 (UNI) District Collector M. Abhishikth Kishore on Monday directed officials of various departments to ensure complete resolution of petitions received under the Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) and prevent the same complaints from being reopened. Addressing a review meeting on PGRS, the Collector said officials must identify the root cause of each grievance and take appropriate action to resolve it rather than merely closing the petition.
