Telangana Govt committed to development of Dalits, Adivasis: CM Reddy

Hyderabad, Sep 22 (UNI) Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Tuesday said his government was working with sincerity for the development and welfare of Dalits and Adivasis and called for collective efforts, rising above political considerations, to ensure their progress. Addressing a State-level High-Power Vigilance and Monitoring Committee meeting on the implementation of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, at the Secretariat, Mr Revanth Reddy said education alone could transform the lives of marginalised communities and urged parents to encourage children to pursue education and sports.
