Hegseth to head new Homeland Defense advisory board

Washington, Sep 22 (UNI) US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth will head a newly established Pentagon advisory board tasked with providing strategic advice on homeland security and defence. The Homeland Defense Board (HDB), formally announced in the Federal Register on September 11, has been created to provide the Defence Secretary with what the Pentagon describes as "specific, integrated advice" on protecting the US homeland, The Hill reported, citing Defense News.
