Leh to be initial seat of J&K, Ladakh High Court bench

Srinagar, Sep 22 (UNI) Leh will serve as the initial seat for the Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court's Sitting Bench in Ladakh, following approval by Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena. The LG Ladakh approval came on the recommendations of the Chief Justice of High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. The Registrar General of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, on September 15, had conveyed that the Chief Justice had recommended Leh as the initial place of sitting for the High Court Bench.
