30 injured as container lorry hits private travel bus in Kakinada

Kakinada, Sept 17 (UNI) At least 30 people were injured, three critically, when a container lorry hit a private travel bus near Rajulakothuru village in Tuni mandal of Kakinada district on Thursday, police said. The injured were members of a marriage party returning to their village near Uppada after attending a wedding in Tuni when the accident occurred. All the injured were initially shifted to the Area Hospital at Tuni and later moved to the Government General Hospital in Kakinada after receiving first aid, police said.
