Ranchi district administration issues show cause to more than 3200 para teachers

Ranchi, Nov 27 (UNI) The Ranchi district administration today issued show cause notices to a total of 3,267 para teachers following which on 407 para teachers have returned back to their jobs.
Addressing the media samwad programme at the collectorate here DDC Divyanshu Jha said that the administration has commenced the process of appointing TET pass candidates on daily basis in place of striking para teachers to teach students in the government schools. On the other hand in wake of the strike of Rojgar Sevaks and BPOs in the block their powers have been handed over to the panchayat sevaks and BDOs respectively.
On the other hand AC Anjani Kumar Mishra said that three blocks of Ranchi including Tamar Itki and Angada have been declared drought hit. He said that the zilla parishad had demanded that the entire district to be declared drought hit. Mr Mishra said that for city gas distribution GAIL has been provided land in Hehal in lieu off which a sum of Rs 15 crore has been demanded from the company.
