Punjab Guv remembers Jesus Christ on Good Friday

Chandigarh, Mar 28 (UNI) The Punjab Governor and Administrator, UT, Chandigarh, Banwari Lal Purohit remembered Jesus Christ on the eve of “Good Friday” saying his life was devoted to mitigating human suffering.
In a message, Purohit said Good Friday symbolises the supreme sacrifice made by Lord Jesus for mankind.
"On this day and in the celebration of Easter Sunday, let us rededicate ourselves to the noble virtues of Love, Peace and Forgiveness for strengthening the bond of brotherhood and unity amongst all communities of the State," he said. UNI GS SSP AKS
