Punjab: 165 MTVs imparted specialized training to train 15000 Corona volunteers

Chandigarh, Aug 31 (UNI) To train 15000 Corona Volunteers deputed in Punjab to effectively contain probable third COVID wave, 165 Master Trainer Volunteers (MTVs) were imparted specialized training on Tuesday during the state level training workshop at Mohali.
A total of 165 volunteers from 150 blocks of the state and cities participated in the workshop conducted by the Youth Services Department in collaboration with the Health Department at Kisan Vikas Chamber Mohali.
The workshop was inaugurated by Mr Raj Kamal Chaudhary, Principal Secretary, Department of Sports and Youth Services and presided over by Mr Kumar Rahul, Secretary, Health and Family Welfare and Mission Director NHM.
