Monsoon withdrawal may begin from West Rajasthan

Panchkula, Sep 19 (UNI) Conditions have become favourable for the withdrawal of the southwest monsoon from parts of West Rajasthan on Saturday, even as isolated to scattered rain accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning is likely over Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi and Punjab during the day, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
