'Mukka-e-Punjab' chronicles seven decades of Punjab's boxing history

Neeraj Bali Chandigarh, Oct 3 (UNI) A new book documenting Punjab's boxing journey from its early competitions to national champions and Olympians has been released, with its author saying the work aims to preserve a sporting history scattered across old records, documents and memories. Mukka-e-Punjab, written by former boxing coach Jaswant Singh, traces the development of the sport in Punjab and profiles prominent boxers, coaches and key milestones over the decades.
