Haryana gives in-principle approval to innovation scheme, offers seed funding for new ideas

Chandigarh, Sep 29 (UNI) Haryana has given in-principle approval to a state innovation scheme that will provide seed funding to students and researchers to turn ideas addressing real-world problems into prototypes and practical solutions, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini said on Tuesday. The Haryana Network for Academic Vision, Applied Creativity and Holistic Administrative Research, or "NAVACHAR", scheme was discussed at the first general body meeting of the Haryana State Innovation Society, chaired by Saini, according to an official statement.
