Vibha Sharma New Delhi, Sep 19 (UNI) It was in 2017 that senior BJP leader Captain Amarinder Singh, then with the Congress, held the Gutka Sahib during a political event ahead of the Punjab Assembly elections and vowed to break the backbone of drug addiction (chitta) within four weeks of forming the government.
