Shanta Kumar hails MoU on Kishau Dam as historic

Ashok Raina Dharamshala, Sep 16 (UNI) Former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Shanta Kumar on Wednesday described the decision to revive the Kishau Dam project as a historic and welcome development for the country. He said a major project of national importance had remained stalled for decades due to differences among the states concerned.
