Jharkhand: Woman declared dead in 2014 found alive during SIR verification

Garhwa, Sep 16 (UNI) A woman declared dead in Bihar in 2014 was found alive in Jharkhand's Garhwa district during verification of documents under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. According to police, the woman was found in Kandi police station area and was taken to Bihar by a police team on September 11 after local residents identified her during the verification process.
