HP: Jairam Thakur accuses Sukhu govt of stalling development in Kangra

Ashok Raina Baijnath, Sep 22 (UNI) Former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition Jai Ram Thakur on Tuesday accused the Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu-led state government of stalling development works and shutting down institutions in Kangra district.
