Sangrur: Three children murdered with poison-laced sweets; police arrest mother

Naresh Kumar Sangrur, Sep 22 (UNI) Sangrur police have traced a triple murder case involving the alleged poisoning of three minor children by mixing a poisonous substance in sweets in Bhawanigarh police station area and arrested their mother, police said on Tuesday. Sangrur SSP Dr Ravjot Grewal, IPS, said the three minor siblings - six-and-a-half-year-old girl Jasnoor Kaur, five-year-old Armandeep Singh and two-and-a-half-year-old Rihandeep Singh - had died after allegedly consuming poisonous sweets on Bakhopeer Road under the Bhawanigarh police station.
