Panchkula Sep 20 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Sunday criticised Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over his remarks about National Security Adviser Ajit Doval, saying political differences should not override "language and decorum" while referring to those who have served in national security roles.
