UP: Allahabad HC stays arrest of CJP member for videotaping govt school in Farrukhabad

Prayagraj, Sep 29 (UNI) The Allahabad High Court today granted interim relief to a student and CJP member Gaurav Bharti, alias Gaurav Kumar, in connection with the case of making a video of the poor condition at a government primary school in Farrukhabad and posting it on social media. The High Court has stayed Gaurav's arrest and sought responses from the state government and other relevant parties.
