Fatehabad court sentences man to two years in jail in 5.5-kg poppy husk case

Panchkula, Sep 22 (UNI) A Fatehabad court has sentenced a man to two years' imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 20,000 after convicting him in an eight-year-old NDPS case involving the recovery of 5.5 kg of poppy husk, prosecution officials said. Additional District and Sessions Judge Hemant Yadav, Fatehabad, convicted Rajveer alias Bacchi and pronounced the sentence on September 21, Fatehabad District Attorney Devender Mittal said.
