IMD forecasts scattered rain in Haryana-Delhi, isolated showers in Punjab; monsoon withdrawal may begin around Sept 19

Panchkula, Sep 18 (UNI) The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast scattered rainfall over Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi and isolated rain over Punjab on Thursday, with conditions becoming favourable for the withdrawal of the southwest monsoon from parts of west Rajasthan around September 19.
