Shimla, October 9 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Public Works Minister Vikramaditya Singh has opposed the proposed formation of political parties in the name of former Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh without the consent of his family, asserting that his legacy should not be used for political gains.
