President Murmu visits Atal Tunnel, offers prayers at Hidimba Temple

Shimla, October 7 (UNI) President Droupadi Murmu on Wednesday visited the 9.02-km-long Atal Tunnel, located at an altitude of over 10,000 feet, during the second day of her three-day visit to Himachal Pradesh. Governor Kavinder Gupta and Lady Governor Bindu Gupta accompanied the President during her visit to the tunnel's North Portal, where she was accorded a traditional welcome by local residents.
