New Delhi, Oct 7 (UNI) Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Wednesday joined the 'Seva Jyoti Yatra' organised to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi completing 25 years in public life, and marched with the ceremonial torch at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium.
