Rajasthan: 20 shops gutted in fire at Jaipur Katla market

Jaipur, Sep 17 (UNI) More than 20 shops gutted in the major fire that broke out in the Purohit Ji Ka Katla market in busy business hub in the old wall city region Thursday morning. According to police sources, the blazes broke in the cluster of shops of lac (resin) bangles and other items around 06:00 am today. More than half a dozen fire brigade rushed to put out the flames, but being most congested area, the fire tenders faced much difficulties in their task that continued for more than 3 hours.
