32 elected unopposed as Mayors/Chairpersons in Rajasthan civic bodies polls

Jaipur, Sep 18 (UNI) The mayors and chairpersons of at least 32 of the 305 civic bodies, including the Bharatpur and the Bhilwara municipal corporations, were elected unopposed in Rajasthan on Friday. A total of 197 of the eligible 820 candidates had withdrawn their nominations until the deadline for withdrawal, that lapsed at 03:00pm this afternoon.
