Nationally renowned cartoonists to join three-day Basohli Utsav in Kathua

Jammu, Sep 27 (UNI) Leading cartoonists from across the country will participate in the three-day Basohli Utsav, scheduled to be held from October 19 to 21 in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua district. The annual festival brings together culture, art, heritage and creativity from across the region on a common platform. According to an official handout, the special cartoon segment will feature four well-known cartoonists from outside Jammu and Kashmir -- Sagar Kumar, an internationally recognised cartoonist from Chhattisgarh; Subhani from Telangana; Manoj Kuril, a cartoonist known across the country; and Madhav Joshi.
