Rajasthan man attempts self-immolation in Jawalamukhi; succumbs to injuries

Ashok Raina Kangra, Sep 18 (UNI) A resident of Jhalawar Rajasthan who attempted self-immolation last evening in the Jawalamukhi temple complex by sprinkling kerosene on his body and setting himself on fire has succumbed to his injuries in Dr. R.P. Government Medical College at Tanda today, police said here. Dehra district superintendent of police Sandeep Dhawal told UNI that a pilgrim identified as Ram Dass, a resident of Jhalawar Rajasthan, had committed a self-immolation bid in Jawalamukhi temple complex late last evening.
