EOW arrests man in Rs 93 lakh Kashmir Pandit migrant land fraud case

Srinagar, Sept 18 (UNI) The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Kashmir of the Crime Branch J&K has arrested a man accused of accused of duping a person of Rs 93 lakh through an alleged fraudulent deal involving Kashmir Pandit migrant land and property, using forged agreements and false claims of ownership or authority over the property. The accused had allegedly been evading arrest for nearly a year, officials said on Friday. Identified as Ghulam Mohi-Ud-Din Dar, a resident of Jawalapora, Samson Budgam, Dar was arrested in compliance with an order and warrant issued by the Court of Sub-Judge Srinagar, officials said.…
