Haryana Child Rights Commission takes suo motu cognisance of Panchkula school assault, seeks report

Panchkula, Oct 31 (UNI) The Haryana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (HSCPCR) has taken suo motu cognisance of an incident involving an alleged assault on a six-year-old child within school premises and sought a comprehensive, point-wise factual report from the District Education Officer (DEO), Panchkula. In a notice issued on Saturday, Commission Chairperson Tripti directed the DEO to submit details of both the victim and the child alleged to have assaulted the victim, including their names, classes and school particulars.
