Jammu accounts for 5.04 lakh of 5.73 lakh ST-II certificates issued in J&K

Srinagar, Sep 24 (UNI) Jammu division accounts for 5,04,007 of the 5,73,667 Scheduled Tribe-II (ST-II) certificates issued across Jammu and Kashmir, while 69,660 certificates have been issued in the Kashmir division, the Jammu and Kashmir Government informed the Legislative Assembly on Thursday. The information was provided by J&K Chief Minister, who is the minister in charge of Revenue in response to a question raised by BJP legislator Narinder Singh Raina regarding the issuance of ST-II certificates to eligible members of the Pahari ethnic groups residing in Jammu and Kashmir.
