UP RERA approves 12 projects in six districts worth Rs1,663 cr

Lucknow, Sep 22 (UNI) The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) approved 12 new real estate projects in six districts of the state on Tuesday. These projects involve a total estimated investment of Rs1,663.85 crore. A total of 3,090 residential and commercial units will be developed under these projects. The approved projects include residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. The projects were approved at the 214th Authority Meeting of UP RERA, chaired by UP RERA Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy.
