HVPNL pensioners must submit alive certificates in November

Panchkula, Oct 21 (UNI) Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (HVPNL) has directed all pensioners and family pensioners to submit their life certificates in November for the 2026-27 financial year to ensure uninterrupted payment of monthly pensions. In a memo, the Chief Accounts Officer said the annual requirement stems from the Haryana Civil Service (Pension) Rules, 2016, adopted by the Nigam, and its Board-approved finance manual. It is meant to ensure the pension reaches only living beneficiaries.
