Kho Kho Season 3 to feature foreign players: Sudhanshu Mittal

New Delhi, July 2 (UNI) In a bid to increase the popularity of indigenous Indian sport of Kho Kho among foreigners, the season three of the Kho Kho League will feature as many as 20 foreign players.
President Kho Kho Federation of India (KKFI) Sudhanshu Mittal today disclosed this while addressing a Press meet regarding the new Governing Body of the KKFI in the national capital.
"20 foreign players from various parts of the world, and that will add extra excitement to the third season. We will, within a fortnight shortlist 20 such players, and they will be brought to Delhi for training camp."

The season Three of the Kho Kho league will be played in September and October, 2025.
Mittal shared some of the ambitious plans of the Federation "we are working towards having Kho Kho included in the 2030 Asian Games and aim to have the game included in the 2032 Olympics. Our short term goal is to have the game introduced in 90 countries by the end of this year. Once that is done we will present our case to the Olympic Council of Asia to have the sport included in the 2030 Asiad. We have received support from the Indian government as Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya, during the Kho Kho World Cup, wrote to the Olympic Council of Asia for recognising Kho Kho."
