B'desh name squad for ICC Women's Championship series against Aus

Dhaka, Mar 16 (UNI) The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) have named a 15-member squad for their three-match ODI series against Australia women. This series is a part of the ICC Women's Championship 2022-25.
Nigar Sultana Joty will lead Bangladesh women in the ODI series against Australia.
Nahida Akter will be her deputy.
Australia will arrive in Bangladesh on 17 March. They will feature in a three-game ODI series followed by three T20Is.
Fariha Islam Trisna, Shorifa Khatun, and Lata Mondol are the reserves backing up the 15-member unit.
All the fixtures will be played at SBNCS, Mirpur.
Bangladesh have never defeated Australia in a women's ODI or T20I.
Australia lead the current Women's Championship Standings, while Bangladesh are at number seven.
