Telangana CID Spl team executes 29-year-old pending NBW against fugitive dacoit

Hyderabad, April 8 (UNI) The Telangana CID's special execution team successfully executed a 29-year-old pending Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW) against a fugitive dacoit who had been evading police authorities.
The case dates back to January 6, 1995, when it was registered at Jagityal Rural Police Station in Karimnagar District on a complaint filed by V. V. Narsing Rao, Inspector of Police, AD Cell, CID, Hyderabad.
The case, initially investigated by Jagityal Rural Police Station, was later transferred to the AD Cell, CID, and Regional Office Karimnagar for further investigation. The accused individuals, A1 to A12, along with others, were found assembling in a dilapidated house on the outskirts of Perkapally village, Jagityal Town, allegedly preparing for dacoity armed with fake pistols, knives, rods, stones, and sticks. Prompt police action led to their apprehension and the recovery of lethal weapons under the cover of confession and recovery, Panchanama.
