MP: Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra reaches Mohana

Gwalior (MP), Mar 3 (UNI) Erstwhile Congress President Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra departed from here on Sunday and reached this district’s Mohana.

Gandhi was accompanied by senior leader Jairam Ramesh, the party’s Madhya Pradesh unit head Jitu Patwari, former Chief Minister Digvijaya Singh and other bigwigs.

“The Yatra halted at Mohana as Gandhi had to leave for Patna via Gwalior for attending a meeting of the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance,” Congress state Vice President Prakash Sharma said.

The 50-day-old Yatra will start for Shivpuri district on Monday.
