Jammu, Feb 28 (UNI) A battery of speakers attending an Information Dissemination Conference of ICSSR Sponsored Project on Evaluating the Design, Implementation and Impact of the -- Special Industry Initiative ‘UDAAN’ Scheme A mixed Methods Approach-- at Government College for Women, Parade Ground, emphasises on industry integration in scheme conceptualisation.
The conference was attended by Kunwarani Dr Ritu Singh-- a catalyst for change and pioneer in education and women empowerment, Dr Rashmi Singh, former Commissioner cum Secretary Commercial Taxes Jammu and Kashmir, Mamta Singh, a well-known social worker, Indu Kanwal Chib, Director Rural Livelihoods Mission, Dr Ashutosh Bhatnagar, Director JK Study Circle, Dr Ankit Dube, Dr Navneet Kumar and Dr Amitash Ojha from IIT Jammu, Prof B.B Anand Principal GDC Sidhra, Prof S.P Saraswat Principal GCW Parade Jammu and many others.
The conference was held through a series of panel discussions highlighting various issues associated with the Design, Implementation and Impact of the ‘UDAAN’ Scheme.
