Arunachal Raj Bhavan celebrates Rajasthan Foundation Day

Itanagar, Mar 30 (UNI) Aimed at strengthening the unity and integrity of India with states across the country, by celebrating each other’s foundation day through Government of India’s ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ initiative, the State foundation day of Rajasthan was celebrated with traditional Rajasthani fervour and enthusiasm at the Arunachal Pradesh Raj Bhavan here on Saturday.
Rajasthani people from all walks of life, from senior bureaucrats to businessmen residing in Arunachal Pradesh participated in the programme depicting the rich cultural heritage of Rajasthan. They presented Rajasthani folk dances including Kalbeliya, Ghoomar and folk song ‘Dhamal’ on the occasion.
Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt General (Retd) K T Parnaik and his better half Anagha Parnaik hosted a high tea and interacted with the invitees and participants.
