Absolute Barbecues opens 7th Restaurant in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Nov 24 (UNI) Absolute Barbecues (AB), the BBQ buffet restaurant chain, headquartered in Hyderabad, opened its 7th restaurant at Kompally on the outskirts of the city, on Wednesday.
AB’s, which started in 2013, is already a well-known brand in the barbecue space with presence in 20 cities in India with multiple footprints and today’s restaurant was 48th in the country.
All invited fans joined the ribbon-cutting ceremony with Mr Debabrata Mishra, Corporate Chef, Absolute Barbecues and Mr Ritam Mukherjee, Regional Head – South Operations, Absolute Barbecues in attendance.
AB is operating three restaurants in Dubai as well and has 9 restaurants in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Of the 7 restaurants in Hyderabad, Kompally being the one.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Mukherjee said today, Telugu states are one of the strongest markets for Absolute Barbecues. We have few more pockets in Hyderabad which are worth exploring and will be tapping more areas and expanding our network here in the coming days.
We are going to host a Carnival in this festive season to celebrate Christmas and New Year, from December 22, 2021 to January 2 ,2022, which is food plus entertainment, with a lot of interesting recipes and a lot of engagement on the floor, a lot of fun, music and dance.
Mr Debabrata Mishra said our USP is Wish Grill, which has a choice of exotic meats, sea foods and vegetables. We have a complete open kitchen, where the guest can see the food being prepared for them, be it main course or starters.
We have modified our Wish Grill counter in Kompally and there are additional offerings to satiate the foodies in Kompally.
Absolute Barbecues is well known for its unique ‘Wish Grill’ concept which provides its customers with a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) experience.
With a large variety of exotic meats on the Wish Grill clubbed with Brazilian Churrasco, and an unending variety of starters followed by a cold stone creamery, AB’s is a place for everyone who seeks happiness and celebration with food and drinks.
Absolute Barbecues in Kompally has a seating capacity of 130 guests which can be booked for any occasion and celebration.
