New Delhi, Sep 23 (UNI) Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday demanded the arrest and prosecution of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, alleging that the Election Commission's handling of electoral rolls amounted to a massive "vote chori" scam and called for fresh elections in several states.
