US Ambassador Sergio Gor to visit Amritsar on Sept 28, Golden Temple among stops

Neeraj Bali Chandigarh, Sep 23 (UNI) US Ambassador to India Sergio Gor is scheduled to visit Amritsar on September 28, where he is expected to pay obeisance at the Golden Temple and visit two sites closely associated with India's history, people familiar with the programme said. Gor is expected to visit Sri Harmandir Sahib, or the Golden Temple, the holiest shrine of the Sikh faith, during the trip.
