Arunachal goes solar: 393 health facilities solarised under Energy for Health initiative

Itanagar, Sept 23 (UNI) Aimed at strengthening reliable and sustainable power supply to healthcare facilities across the State, 393 health facilities across Arunachal Pradesh were solarised on Wednesday, with a focus on remote and underserved areas where reliable electricity remains a challenge. Arunachal Pradesh Health and Family Welfare Minister Biyuram Wahge on Wednesday inaugurated the state-level "Energy for Health - Arunachal Pradesh" initiative, a collaborative programme of the Department of Health and Family Welfare and SELCO Foundation.
