'First exclusion, now segregation': Congress questions ECI's 'Mark VIP' voter tagging

New Delhi, Sep 25 (UNI) The Congress today intensified its confrontation with the Election Commission over the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, questioning the reported introduction of a "Mark VIP" feature in the application used by Booth Level Officers (BLOs) and demanding to know why some voters should receive special treatment in the electoral-roll verification process.
