New Delhi, Sep 29 (UNI) Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Tuesday accused the Narendra Modi government of attempting to deprive eligible citizens, particularly the poor and young people, of their right to vote and alleged that the Election Commission of India had been reduced to a tool of the ruling establishment.
