India, Japan discuss defence, economic security and supply chain resilience

New Delhi, Sep 22 (UNI) Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri met a delegation of Japanese parliamentarians from the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP), led by Taro Kono, Director General of the LDP's International Bureau, in New Delhi on Monday. The Japanese delegation is visiting India from September 18 to 22 under the India-Japan Distinguished Visitors Programme. Kono has previously served as Japan's Defence Minister, Foreign Minister and Digital Minister.
