COAS Gen Dhiraj Seth begins Russia visit to deepen military ties, defence cooperation

New Delhi, Sep 16 (UNI) Chief of the Army Staff General Dhiraj Seth on Wednesday embarked on a three-day official visit to Russia aimed at strengthening India-Russia defence cooperation, military-to-military engagement and professional exchanges between the two armed forces. General Seth is visiting Russia from September 16 to 18 and is scheduled to hold discussions with senior Russian military and defence officials on issues of mutual interest, including military cooperation, training and contemporary military developments.
