United Russia could secure constitutional majority in State Duma: CEC Deputy Chairman

Moscow, Sept 21 (Sputnik/UNI) United Russia could secure a constitutional majority in the ninth State Duma, judging by trends in preliminary voting results on party lists and in single-mandate constituencies, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Central Election Commission (CEC) Nikolai Bulayev told Sputnik.
