Light rain, thunderstorms likely to dampen Durga Puja celebrations in Kolkata

Kolkata, Oct 9 (UNI) Spells of light rainfall from Chaturthi to Navami could play spoilsport for pandal hoppers in the city, with the Regional Meteorological Centre (RMC) forecasting light rain between October 14 and 19 in Kolkata and its adjoining districts. According to the latest forecast from the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Kolkata is likely to have a partly cloudy sky with light rainfall tomorrow, as the city prepares to observe Mahalaya.
