Kolkata, Sep 28 (UNI) Senior Congress leader and former MP Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury has launched a sharp attack on the 20 Trinamool Congress rebel MPs who have joined the Nationalist Citizens Party of India (NCPI), questioning both the political propriety and legal basis of their continuing as members of the Lok Sabha.
