Bhubaneswar, Oct 21 (UNI) Former union Minister and Sambalpur MP Dharmendra Pradhan on Wednesday called for a united, bipartisan effort to resolve the long-standing Kotia border dispute between Odisha and Andhra Pradesh, asserting that safeguarding the state's territorial integrity and Odia identity was the collective responsibility of all political parties.
